Wine yeast ICV Thermo®Premium
A mixture of yeasts possessing the killer factor, ICV Thermo® Premium® is perfectly adapted to fermentation in thermovinification processes.
Main uses
In red premium and Super Premium wines the yeasts develop:
- a varietal aromatic expression that is direct and fruity
- fore-mouth volume without final aggressiveness, even in juice from berries that are under ripe
- a coating of the tannic structure and good stability of color
- a facilitated malolactic fermentation.
