Booster®Rouge is a nutrient for yeasts and consists 100% of dry inactivate yeasts.

Used from the onset of addition of yeasts in red wines, it frees compounds (fatty acids, vitamins, sterols) favorable to the balance and aromatic or sensorial intensity.
