O’Berry® is a 100% organic nutrient, particularly suitable for the production of red or rosé wines with a «fresh fruity» objective.
- Acts in synergy with the grapes, the process, the yeast and the moment of addition in order to develop aromas and thus bring a qualitative significant sensory gain.

- Promotes complete alcoholic fermentation. The organic nitrogen released is absorbed more slowly and regularly by the yeasts than inorganic nitrogen, thus ensuring a balanced nutrition at the most effective time for fermentative activity.
