Easily master the turbidity of your liquid phases!

LeMIX is a unique and original blend of microcrystalline cellulose and natural yeast bark (Saccharomyces cerevisiae). This is a new oenological solution to control turbidity during the fermentation of musts.
LeMIX is the result of 2 years of R&D by the ICV Group to select the components and determine the ideal proportions.
Besides 10 kg allowing to treat about 300 hL at 30 g/ hL.


Why are you using LeMIX?

. To readjust its turbidity after clarification in a few minutes!

We measured a constant and linear effect: an addition of 10 g/hL of LeMIX generates an increase of 25 to 30 NTU.

. For its sensory effects

Less vegetable sensations, less aggression, more ripe fruitiness.

When to use LeMIX?

On your whites and dews workshops, especially when the operations of readjustment of turbidity by white bourbes are complicated to implement.
LeMIX also works very well on thermovinification juices, where there is no ideal alternative solution when you want to ferment with higher turbidities.
LeMIX adds to the yeast.
