Inactivate yeasts: Booster®Blanc

 

Booster®Blanc is a 100% inactivated dry yeast (SIY) nutrient containing natural glutathione.

Used at the same time as yeast addition in white and rosé wines, it liberates compounds (fatty acids, vitamins, sterols and mannoproteins) favorable to the aromatic direct white fruit intensity and stabilization and a balanced mouthfeel.

 

The principal assets of Booster®Blanc :

  • develops sensorial qualities of grapes (direct notes of white fruit, volume, reduction of roughness sensations, freshness …)
  • helps to prevent production of sulfur off flavors
