Booster®Blanc is a nutrient for yeasts and consists 100% of dry inactivate yeasts rich in glutathion. Used at the beginning of yeast addition in white and rosé wines, it frees compounds (fatty acids, vitamins, sterols) favorable to the balance and aromatic or sensorial intensity..
