Wine bacteria ICV Elios® 1

Elios® 1 is a lactic bacteria (Oenococcus oeni) selected by the ICV to control malolactic fermentation of your high-range red wines.

Elios® 1 is particularly noted for its ability to :

- limit the development of alteration germs (Lactobacilles, Pédiocoques, and Brettanomyces) in red wines in mediterranean zones.

- develop aromas of red fruit jam and pepper, and develop volume and concentration in the mouth.
