Wine bacteria Elios Alto®

Elios Alto® is a lactic bacteria selected to pilot malolactic fermentation in red, white and rosé wines.


The advantages of Elios Alto® :

  • adaptability to all three colours
  • adapted to low pH (up to 3.2) and to high levels of alcohol (even above 15.5°)


Elios Alto® is characterised by a short lag phase that demonstrates its capacity of good implantation which thus ensures the safe fermentation of the wine.


It is presented in the form of  1-step® (bacteria to re-acclimatise in the presence of an activator bacteria).
