Passion bio : Trust in the nature !
Organised by the ICV Pyrénées Roussillon and Aude teams on 24 January in the village of Calce, this tasting brought together more than 60 organic winemakers around more than 80 wines. Immediate video immersion !
Calce is the centre of organic viticulture in the Roussillon region, offering a magnificent setting for a tasting made of nature and passion.
Led by ICV consultants from the Pyrenees Roussillon and Aude, 5 tables were proposed to the winemakers:
- white wines of 2019
- red wines of 2019 profiles "ripe'"
- red wines of 2019 "fresh profiles"
- Raw or conditioned wines resulting from biodynamic practices
- Wines vinified or matured in jars and/or amphora.
According to the tasters, the 2019 vintage should be "quite exceptional".
