Guided tour of the ICV oenological laboratory in the Rhone Valley
At its arrival, a race against the clock begins to deliver to the winemaker in less than half a day the valuable information necessary to control the vinifications. We propose an «analytical» immersion with Florent Doual (Laboratory Manager) and his team.
This laboratory reflects the professionalism and know-how of all the ICV laboratories (Toulouges, Trèbes, Narbonne, Béziers, Maurin, Nîmes, Ruoms, Tain l'Hermitage, Beaumes-de-Vvenezia, Brignoles) that analyze 800,000 to 900,000 samples each year!
