Packaging Risk Indicator (IGC)

The IGC test allows the evaluation of the risk of microbiological deviation after bottling (qualitative monitoring).
The analysis identifies the number of yeasts (saccharomyces…) and the quantity of bacteria (lactic, acetic, ..) that are still present in the wine. It validates the conformity of your wines in relation to the specification of your buyers.
Required volume : 1 conditionned unit (bouteille, BIB).
