Fermentation yeast ICV TANDEM

 

ICV TANDEM® meets the expectations of vine growers looking for creativity and quality, by contributing a unique and original organloptic profile to high-range vintages of white and rosé wines.
 

The pack is composed of 2  yeasts for sequential innoculation:
Torulaspora delbrueckii and Saccharomyces cerevisiae.

 

Principal uses of the yeast

- in white wines: intense vanilla notes and white fruit

- in rosé wines: intense exotic fruit notes and blackcurrant

- develops  volume in the mouth

- brings more fruity profiles and softness in the mouth to varieties with little aroma 

 

Complementary products

To ensure the protection and nitrogen nutrition of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, we recommend the addition of GoFermProtect® during rehydration and white FermaidE®  during fermentation.
