FlashZYM® L is a versatile enzyme in liquid form, especially adapted for use in industrial vinifications. It's a product that aims to improve profitability of large volume production.

- a better extraction through the earlier liberation of larger quantities of juice

- an optimal clarification of musts and wines thanks to complete depectinisation
