Chitosan to remove Brettanomyces from your wines
Kiofine® is a natural product made from 100% fungal chitosan, guaranteed non-allergenic. Depending on your use, Kiofine® is available in two different forms :
- Kiofine®-B powder (bag for 25 hl or 250 hl) for tank use from the end of alcoholic fermentation to maturation. .
- Innovation 2018: Kiofine® Drop Pebble (dose for 1 hl) for direct use in your barrels to prevent and eliminate Brettanomyces from your wines.
