The process of our service

 

The HACCP key in hand is delivered in five stages :

  1. A  consultant visits your site to carry out an evaluation of your HACCP system.
  2. You receive a complete report of the assessment (synthesis, analyis and recommendations), including an evaluation of each of the 12 phases of the HACCP method.
  3. A plan of action is determined with your multidisciplinary team, building on the assessment report .
  4. You will receive your certification of HACCP assessment.
  5. Each year an evaluation of the plan of action carried out is prepared, including reference to future regulation and an update of documentation of the HACCP system.

*HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) is a method of anaylzing risks linked to food security. The  application of this method is obligatory throughout the agri-food industry, in line with regulation RCE 178/2002.
